    Travel Pillows! WIN!!!

My kids already had “travel” pillows that I had made for them a year or so ago.  They were long and skinny, and had handles on each end.  They served us well.  As we prepared to travel, my son brought his to me and told me that he didn’t like it anymore.  He asked me, very politely, to make him a new one for the plane.  My son is 3!  Of course, I agreed… I mean, a pillow is pretty simple. Angry Birds Beanbags

My son.  He cracks me up!  His Grandma got him hooked on Angry Birds some time ago.  I wasn’t completely impressed.  Until he started playing Bad Piggies… check that out! Anyway, I stopped looking for ideas for what to make for the baby shower we’ll be going to soon, and started looking for ideas for things to make for the Big Brother… and for my kids – since they had been so patient.  And then I came across this Blog Post from Kauai Family Travel and thought, “I could TOTALLY make those!”  And then… I did.  I also used  This Post from The Village that Plays Together for inspiration on the Piggies. I used…
